We partner with forward-thinking organizations to generate innovative strategies to improve programs, strengthen systems and operations, and advance strategic initiatives.
As a human-centered enterprise, we understand no two organizations are alike, so “one-size-fits-all” is not in our vocabulary. Instead, we co-create tailored strategies to fit your organization’s unique needs.
Our custom solutions deliver tangible results and meaningful impact because our consulting is informed by a combined 35+ years of advanced education, professional and practical experience, and contemporary research.
Our Services
Capacity Building + Strategic Planning
We collaborate with clients to identify a unique set of actions to provide short-to-long-term fractional operational capacity (virtually) and/or to align strategic decisions with strategic plans. Together, we chart the most straightforward path to operationalize and achieve the organization’s goals and mission. This can include remote operations and/or virtual office support.
Organizational Development
We design tools for clients that provide nuanced analyses of organizational processes to inform and advance systems and strengthen outcomes.
Program + Performance Evaluation
We measure, analyze, and document the progress and effectiveness of strategies and new or ongoing programs. We can co-create performance evaluation systems that provide meaningful insight into staff performance.
